Bangkok

Bangkok Bankok is a city dominated by the streets: street food, street markets, and traffic like no place else. Amongst Bankok's bustling streets, tourists will find Chatuchak Market - a heaving outdoor conglomeration of stalls packed with local eats and goods, at local prices nonetheless. If you're not a fan of crowds, steer clear, but if you're up for an authentic and riveting experience, dive in! For a calmer activity, try visiting one of the cities many temples (like Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Sacred Buddah), or head to The Grand Palace. Finally, for a more modern twist, check out the upscale shopping center of Siam Paragon, an immense mall featuring Sea Life Bankok Ocean World in the basement.
